Delivery Information

On acceptance of your order we will make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible and within the time stipulated.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

All UK orders valued above £100 +VAT are usually delivered using our UK Standard Next Day Service provided by UPS.

With smaller, less bulky, lower value orders under £100 +VAT and less than 1KG we may send 1st Class Signed for by Royal Mail.

Orders Despatched in boxes up to 30KG

UK Standard - Next Day orders via UPS - £8.00

Orders Despatched as Pallets and/or export orders

Carriage charge to be supplied on a per shipment basis.

Despatch Deadline

We aim to despatch all orders between Monday - Friday for items in stock the same day.  UPS collects at 4pm and any orders we were unable to despatch same day or orders placed after this time will be despatched the next business day.

Our business days are Monday - Friday. Online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Incomplete Orders

If your order includes items which are not in stock we may delay despatch until the order can be shipped complete. Should this situation arise we will contact you immediately to agree a satisfactory delivery arrangement.

Shipping Direct From Manufacturer

Where we ship an item to you direct from the manufacturer we will confirm delivery by email or telephone.

How are my goods packaged?

All our goods are securely packaged and labelled to help ensure they reach you in prime condition.

Need Your Delivery Be On A Certain Day?

No problem. You can request a specific date for delivery (providing the date is more than five working days ahead) by adding this to Delivery Instructions during checkout.

If You Miss The Courier

A signature is required on delivery. If you are not in the driver will leave a card for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time. If the delivery is not re-arranged with the courier, they will return the parcel to Pandamonium Racing Ltd and a further delivery charge will be made to you for re-delivery.
